Brian Reilly is an experienced and knowledgeable security professional. During 30 years as a police officer in London he spent a considerable amount of time in front-line policing as well as performing specialist roles in public order, counter terrorism specialist search, aviation policing and leadership development.

After gaining a certificate in education from Greenwich University he put this to good use in a number of training roles, passing on his knowledge and experience to others in the police service.

Since retiring from the police in 2017 he has kept himself engaged and relevant - working as head of security at the Old Bailey; teaching on the national police inspector and superintendent course as an associate for the College of Policing; and on the match day security team at Lord's cricket ground.

He is an engaging and entertaining trainer and amongst others he has delivered training to staff at Network Rail, the Mayor's office in London, Lord's cricket ground and response team officers in the Metropolitan Police in the past 5 years.

In his spare time he volunteers as the head coach of his local rugby team, a role which takes up more time than his other work combined!
